For those of you that submit your site to directories...

    Just wondering how many directories do you submit to?

    100? 500? 3000?

    I guess it depends which niche you are trying to get into google's top 10 results?

    Just wondering how many backlinks do you need to get into top 10 SERPS but then again that is kind of like asking how long is a piece of string?

    Any info would be greatly appreciated :)

    I have a list of about 20 sites that I prefer to submit my urls to for free.

    As many as you can as long your submitting to those quality directories,.

    If you are after SERP, don't just focus on directory submission as there are lot of SEO factors

    I tend to submit to about 10 directories, I don't really know if more directories is better or not, but for me the 10 I use work well.

    since some directories are reviewing a site first before they accept it..i don't it doesn't matter how many directories ..
