For the guys out there

wouldn't it be cool if there are more comfortable areas within stores where guys that are waiting for their wife/girlfriend and chill? and not only that but have like massage chairs or laptops or even just a huge TV screen with a game going on would make a difference. (At least in almost all electronic stores in Japan do) I am tired of waiting on an old bench that is hard on my butt and I also feel terrible for other guys that go through the same pain everywhere the women take them. Just saying if we were more motivated to go and we know we have a great place to chill, sales will shoot up!

I think a more cool and feasible idea for a man being harassed by his wife/girlfriend who takes him to some store and makes him wait for hours together until she can lay her eye fixed on one item she thinks is really worth buying would be to carry an iPad or smartphone that is filled up with amusing games and apps that help one to spend their time in an entertaining and, if possible, creative way. A good example would be an app that downloads and enables reading ebooks from the reader's favorite genres. When I'm reading an interesting book, I just don't know how hours go by. Sometimes, when it's a truly engrossing book, I'm not even aware of the place that surrounds me!
OK, the sales will shoot up if men start frequenting the place along with women, but also consider the amount of money the store would have to invest in building and setting up a separate and exclusive comfortable area for guys to chill or even freak out. Again, you want massage chairs, laptops, a big TV screen preferably equipped with a game etc. Well, if the additional sales are guaranteed to make up for the money I would have to invest in all that and yield a handsome profit on top, I don't mind giving it a shot. ;)

Just me anyway, no offense meant.

Oh someone that knows the pain! I'm currently trying to come up with an idea where men can either help their wives shop (participate) without suffering or could connect with other guys that are in the same situation at the same time. or maybe even both. As for adding equipments I think it would be worth the cost for the first place to do it because it will be a new thing. A new fresh trend always means money I think.

The only way I see right now is to let your wife shop alone while in the store and tell her to send word when she's done. I agree it can be quite brutal for the man really doing it as wives generally expect their husbands to stay put until they're over with the entire heck of the shopping! An idea which can help women to shop without inflicting suffering on their husbands seems a near impossibility at least to me. Never know though. What's an impossibility today can be a reality tomorrow!
Networking appears to be a good solution to me. Probably start an online community where men all across the globe in this situation can participate and connect with each other via an app when caught up.
You're right, but at the same time it also means risk. Anyway, profit without risk is never possible. So I would definitely try it out if it works out at least theoretically.
