I am subscribed to a newsletter that just sent out this information. I'm not affiliated with them in any way but I thought people might find it useful. I find that the newsletter has some good tips and it's free so you might want to consider subscribing: http://www.searchengineworkshops.com/seo-tip-of-the-day.html

    Content of email:

Here is a little breaking news for all of who enjoy writing your own articles. We will resume the SEO tips shortly. This one is quite new and will be of interest to article marketers who also use Twitter.

I just heard news from Christopher M. Knight, the publisher of one of the busiest Ezine Article Directories at http://www.ezinearticles.com/ that today, he introduced the http://twitter.ezinearticles.com/ directory of EzineArticles Expert Authors who also Twitter.

Sure enough, Chis says he's had over 400 members have already signed up to let them "auto-tweet" for them whenever they have a new article accepted.

The 3 most important things to do if you're new to Twitter:

    1. Upload your author photo. Profiles without photos are lame.
    2. Upload your 140 character author bio.
    3. Engage & become involved in the conversation that is Twitter.
This is the fastest way to attract Followers to your Twitter profile.

Now every time you submit a new article and it gets published, your followers will be auto-updated on Twitter.

    OTHER GREAT Article Resources:

http://www.goarticles.com/ is very good for traffic.

Another excellent article directory that is still fairly new, is http://www.affsphere.com/ and they have been growing in leaps and bounds. They're the ones that are sharing a variety of income sharing and interesting promotional opportunities with their authors.

Even if you are not using Twitter right now, I highly recommend all of these busy article marketing directories. If you already have articles published on Ezinearticles.com then Here is the simple "How To Get Started" instructions. http://twitter.ezinearticles.com/howto/

I noticed that was an option as I just set up an ezinearticles account the other day. Interesting idea, although I think that most people who are on Twitter, promoting their own website and writing things that they can post on article submissions sites probably already tweet their content (and therefore might be duplicating tweets if they did their submissions as well). I could be wrong but that doesn't seem to give much, if any, benefit to the article submitter unless they already have a following of people who use their articles regularly and are looking for new content from a specific author.
