Hi, I only just founded my company not long ago, have a lot to do and need to be careful about my budget. I am considerably versed in online marketing comparing to many founders, so I find the service offered on Odesk is not what I want - i.e. When I ask a guy who manage social media for over 20 clients and are recongised as an expert what service he offers, he only helps 'grow' followers by 'adding' targeted people to follow. He made it sound like a science, but there are tools (wefollow) that do this anyway, so I don't know why I'd need that service. To me, I find the best way for me to do that is through interaction with people in Linkedin group. Does anyone have gooed experience to share on 1. where to find a good social media manager at good price 2. what do you ask your social media manager do 3. how do you give instruction to your social media manager on interaction with other professionals.
