For some purchases on paypal you need a paypal account, why is that ?

For example if you go to to the paypal sign up , paypal says you need a paypal account..

Signing up on paypal is really simple , i find no difficulties in it , u can contact me if u need any help on tht

 

Depends on what type of account the person has.

Personal account: you need a paypal account to pay them
Premier account: can accept payment via credit card or paypal
Business account: can accept payment via credit card or paypal

Though they may have chosen not to accept credit cards (if thats possible) to reduce chargeback fraud.

 

If the product you are trying to buy requires a paypal account, it means that the vendor will not accept credit cards.
