so wishes to take that as well as the domain. This domain is almost

domain in a very high paying niche, it does earn some money,
but not enough worth mentioning. It gets an average of 106
unique visitors a month averaged over the last 8 months.

I would promote it and develop it further myself, because I've seen
what it can do with some good traffic, but I'm getting out of the
website business and focusing my energy on real estate, where my
real expertise actually is.
