I'm selling a content site created at http://www.TheInvestmentResource.com. This is a completely handwritten site with over 11,300 words and 15 articles all about stock investment, real estate investment and property investment. Please feel free to check out the site to see what is offered.

The search term "investment" gets searched almost 7500 times per day, while this is incredibly competitive there are many profitable long tail search terms available if you wish to expand.

The three terms the site is focused on at the moment are listed with daily searches as follows:

• stock investment - 1400 searches per day
• real estate investment - 2400 searches per day
• investment property - 1000 searches per day

This is a brand new site, so assume no traffic and no income. However, you do get the domain along with the website and all content.

I will never sell this site or content again, the buyer will get full exclusive rights to all content.

This is an auction, but the first person to BIN gets the site and domain name. The domain name is registered with GoDaddy so it’s a free transfer. You will need a free godaddy.com account for me to transfer the domain name to you.

Hi, how is the site maintained e.g. hand-crafted html or php/mysql?

 

It's all handcrafted html at the moment. If you wanted something like WordPress or Mambo/Joomla, the site owner would try and help out, but the site is sold as is.

What's the original authors background? Are they experienced in this field or simply a copywriter able to write content on any topic?

One presumes that the content will stay unique and copyright be to purchaser of this website after the sale is completed?
