    Has a SEO Freindly Wordpress template on it
    Inside pages also ranked 2 or 3.

    Over 2000 backlinks.
    Traffic was over 250 a day when I was promoting it, including Google PR links for press releases.
    Great name for a Webmaster Related Site.
