Reason for selling: This is a recent project I completed this summer however, I have not had sufficient time to successfully promote it. I spent hundreds of dollars getting the site to a standard I was happy with, including a custom skin/theme and a custom logo. As I live in the U.K i did push the site towards UK university students however it could easily be targeted to any region with the .com domain.

I am a university student myself and while it was my dream to have a useful online forum for students time, money and degree commitments have prevented me from fully doing so.

Revenue and Traffic: Both are minimal and while I have never tried to monetize the site fully the target audience have one of the best conversion rates.

Even though I need the money, I can also afford to hang on to the site if I do not get a offer I am happy with.
