Included in the sale is the domain tutorialsector.com, you'll get full ownership of it. The site is currently hosted on a reseller plan from hypedhosting.net. The site has a user friendly admin panel where you can control tutorial submissions, affiliates, site template, news manager, Mysql Manager, the ability to add moderators where they can login and manage submitted tutorials.

I will be selling it for $200US. payment to be made via paypal. Price is negotiable.

there isn't really much traffic coming through as i only opened the site not that long ago, its running on a commercial script which i bought copyright-free.

I see that most of the tutorials are on other sites which you are loading in a frame.

Probably not a bad deal for the right buyer though.

Can the script be easily edited ? (I will need to change the id on the url)?

What script is it running? is the licence for just one domain and trasnferable?
Revenue/ Visitors?
