What does the site do?
Sell pregnancy tests and ovulation kits online or offline.

How are the products being sold/shipped? How does the site work?
You have to carry small stock and ship products via USPS (United States Postal Service). Products fit Priority Mail Envelopes and everything can be done from the convenience of your home. No trip to the post office is needed. Payment is collected via PayPal. The site has been promoted via Google Adwords and MSN Adcenter for a short time, but no significant traffic was generated.

Reason for selling:
I do run a couple of pregnancy related websites as part of my overall online business. Selling pregnancy tests and ovulation kits seemed to be a great fit. I identified a wholesale source and did research on pricing and found that I could compete with other online stores selling the same products. The profit margin is variable, but comparing prices to other online stores it can be set between 20% and 50%.

Due to time constraints and changes in my personal situation I am very limited in how much time I can spend on promoting these products. I am also not a marketing guru to make up for the time that I do not have. Lack of time to promote the products is the main reason to sell this site and the existing products in stock. I just do not want to have this site and the products sitting around knowing that I won't have enough time to get it going.

Additional Information:
I used one of my existing websites for selling the products first - then moved to a separate domain. The site is using PayPal Shopping cart with customized shipping set to accommodate if a customer is buying more than one product at a time. In most cases 2 items fit easily into a (free at the post office) USPS Priority Mail "Flat Rate" envelope so that shipping fees are static for the seller while the buyer pays a little more with each item to cover shipping/handling. Some link building has been done for the site - have not checked how many show up in search engines yet.

The site is operated under my existing business. The business is NOT sold. Just the website, products, and related items to that. You will need a sales tax license to buy the products in wholesale.
