    Domain was expired a few days ago, so its saying it is new.

    I will install the site on your server for free.

    Traffic is around 50-100 uniques a day, mostly coming from my advert thread in the directories forum.

    Revenue is $20 from 1 link sold.

    Site is PR4 so you can easily make revenue from selling text links.

    Site has a few backlinks, but if you decide to buy the site i will link to it from 3 PR3 sites, 2 PR4 sites and 1 PR5 site, so you will likely retain PR4 on next update, AND get subpages with PR3 and PR2.

    The site comes with 1000+ links and 700+ categories. (so a footer link will give you 1000 baclinks to your other sites)

    Domain was bought from a guy called Fcivilight on this forums, he is often selling PR4 domains in the domains forum :)

    Can I ask what exactly you think you are doing? You have a BIN at digitalpoint of $120 and $300 at sitepoint.
