I'm selling this directory because i figured out a couple of months ago that you cant do directory bussines without PayPal. So i decided to sell the directory and get out from the directory bussines until my country is included in PayPal.

That's why, past months, without even offering links, i turned down offers for paid links above 100$ month.

Yes, i changed the layout a bit (a little bit more) some 1 week ago. I changed it because it looked to fluffy with that colours . If the buyer wants the old theme back i think its possible without to much trouble.

Is the traffic organic? have you advertised the site anywhere?

 

The site is listed in some hundreds directories, have some 30-40 non-directory backlinks from various sites (sold some software for backlinks) , some links from articles directories, forum posts (see the thread with over 150 replies in dp, there are a lot more like that, ill pass them to the new owner)

But overall the SEO promotion can be improved a lot.

What do you mean by organic traffic ? I think its 70% direct access and i have some maybe 10% traffic from google (awesome websites search string)
