I have had around 400 uniques and 600 page loads. Only a few hits because site is new. However, I am doing pretty well SEO-wise in the search engines. The main keyword is "manchester united videos". For full stats, leave a note in here asking for PM.

Monetization in terms of ad placement and choice is far from optimal, probably many of you have a much better idea of monetizing this quality traffic than me. Total income is near zero. Leave a note here requesting PM for further details if you wish to know.

Site uses a modified Adsense theme (details in footer). Modification is allowed as attribution is in footer. However, theme is not optimal for the site and could be improved - for instance, the vertical Adsense skyscraper and large square do not appear on the home page, only on subpages.

Site is only around 2 months old and domain is good until end August 2008.

Domain push via namecheap. Also, for site transfer, I will provide sql backup (as done via cpanel) and .zip of files that you can download from my server.

You are responsible for uploading files and configuring them e.g. editing the WP config file and WP plugins such with your own info (such as Adsense ID, Amazon ID, clickbank ID) etc. If you are a total noob to Wordpress and SQL database config then don't bother buying.

Reason for selling? To concentrate on other projects, in particular 2 large projects that I must spend my time on, I can't afford anymore to update my blogs (this is one of several).
