Thanks man, I almost sold it to you but the buyer lived in the same city, he really wanted to meet with me and go over the terms of the sale, when I arrived he had cash ready, so I did not flinch heh. He operates many other sites in the same underground industry, so there was no need for training or anything of the likes. I did enjoy talking with you and dealing, I would like to offer you a chance at another site I am looking to get rid of.

I have another one that is 2 years old, it is not banned from adsence and has dating revenue too, not much cause it is a different market, but still "grey" area so the revenue is steady, just very low. ranked 100k on alexa and very well seo'd for the terms of that particular greymarket business. Running on a vbulliten forum base with 12 thousand registered members, 10k of whom are opt-in for mailings.

I would not want much for this one, maybe a few grand, whatever, it is busy with a lot of daily posters and lots of drama. pm me if you want more info on it, you can take a look.
