    You only infringe when you use it in a manner that is the same or similar to the name your copying. I never said to start your own community site on it.

    There is an arcade on it now and has been up for almost a year and no C & D letter. Myspace is currently a reg trademark of 2 other companies as well.
    Myspace.co.uk os for sale on sedo as well as a few others and infringment only occurs when YOU infringe so if you buy it dont do that.

    You are against Adsense TOS, you cant use adsense ads and popups in the same page.
