    Thanks for pointing that out. It was the first thing I read but there is some ambiguity there.

    Based on that, what I understand is, I can list a site which is being auctioned elsewhere as long as I keep an open communication channel with buyers here on DP.

    Maybe the moderators can shed more light on what I have quoted.
