    It's basicly a custom cms code that I wrote and it has a custom forum skin designed by ngpixel. The website has a digg.com feature and automatically scrapes submissions from digg. Although the cms is not finished ( a few advanced features are missing ), it still has most of the basic features, such as a backend admin panel and with proper management has a good potential for monitarization.

    The website is hosted on a dedicated server for $10/mo. You can either chose to keep it there for the same price or move it to your server
