    I highly doubt police are going to be watching over a forum. Just because no legal authorities are watching doesn't mean anything. That's like saying I dont see any police anywhere, so I guess I can sell some illegal drugs because they wont see me. That's not the point, it's still illegal.

    You dont have to be 18 sell a website. Wake up man I bet half of the DP members are teenagers and a lot of people sell websites here. So why do you have to come to this thread and complain? If you have a problem with it take it up with the staff not us. And why do you care if he sales it? Does it affect you? Shut up and leave us alone.

    That said, Dark Circuit, you may be better to start a new thread in the law section on trading with minors and put a simple post pointing in that direction.

    Your concerns do not relate to this sale specifically, nor to actual concerns about the seller - just to the circumstances of the sale.

    Not to detract, but it is illegal in the US for anyone under 18 to enter into a contract. At any time after the sale, they can come back and reclaim the site, claiming there was no contract for the sale. Not techically illegal, just buyer beware.

    Having said that, is there a custom back end where clients can see the progress of their sale? I am interested, very nice name by the way.

    Regardless of this transaction being illegal (which it is),
    kudos to the 14 y/o who has this site and the experience. This kid is gonna be dangerous in a few more years (* and probably making more money than his parents);)

    the design is from zymic.com and was modified abit. As for the backend there is none, We just kept track of our staffs posts. And As for the current bid: I received an offer of $75 via pm.
