    I've got a few question before I bid. Is the website design unique? Why is a image with "admin" text is appearing on every page?

    Not all pages, only certain, some features/options you need to be registered to do. In any event, if you didn't like that option, i could happily have our webmaster modify the site to your liking, for free.
