I am the owner of webmaster resource site http://www.devdreams.com. Due to me not having enough time to maintain it plus I need to concentrate on other projects I have decided to put the website up for sale.

Included in this sale will be the following:

More Details
Here are each of the parts explained:
Complete Website
The website is powered by a PHP coded content management system which I coded custom for the site. All of the sites content can be administrated and managed from the administration panel. The website is integrated with the vBulletin forum system which means when someone registers on the site they also become a member on the forum and vice versa. This means you can easily restrict specific sections of the site to registered users only if you wanted.

All Content
All of the websites textual content is held in a MySQL database - you of course will get this with the sale. You have the right to do what you want with the content because you will be given full rights over it.

Domain Name
The domain name is registered with NameCheap.com and was registered on 4th April 2004. The website itself went live a few days later and has been live since. The domain will expire on 4th April 2007.

vBulletin Licence
A valid vBulletin leased licence which expires on 1st September 2006. Upon purchase this will be handed over to the person who buys the site.

Custom vBulletin Skin
The forum (http://www.devdreams.com/forum/index.php) is using a custom coded skin. All graphics and the design itself are unique and were custom made for the site. This will be included in the sale.

Webmaster Tools
The website features a number of webmaster tools (http://www.devdreams.com/webmaster-tools) which have all been custom coded by me. Tools similar to these can be found on sale on the internet for as much as $129 each.



Website Statistics
Currently the website receives on average 600+ daily uniques. Here is a screenshot of the current month:

Here is a screenshot taken in mid October, 2005. It shows the statistics for each month. This prooves that the website has been receiving generous amounts of traffic ever since it started.

Revenue & Income
The website sells advertising text links. Currently there are 11 advertising clients - each of which are paying monthly via a PayPal subscription. Also all of the current advertising clients have been advertising with us for a few months therefore they are long term deals and will most likely continue advertising for months to come. These text links alone generate almost $200 each month.

The website also has Google Adsense adverts placed on it. It is against the Adsense TOS to disclose information about earnings publicly therefore I cannot say exactly how much it earns. I can say however that it makes $40+ each month. This can be proven upon request - I will supply screenshots of my account.

Here are some extra details regarding the website which you may wish to know.

• The website has a Google PageRank of 4/5. Almost every main subpage however has a pagerank of 5.
• The site has got over 13,000 pages indexed in Google (view.
• The website is in the DMOZ directory in a number of categories. It is also indexed in a variety of other webmaster directories.
• The website/forum has over 1,200 registered users
• The forum has almost 20,000 posts
• Someone registers with the forum at least once a day. Some days it has been known for up to 16 new users to register an account.

Asking Price
About 7/8 months ago I looked into the value of the website. I asked in webmaster forums as well as person to person. The general response which I received was that the websites value lies around about $2600.

Based on the following rule which a lot of people use:

That would make the value of the site approximately $2800 USD.

I am going to do this in an auction type of sale. This means if you are interested you should reply to this thread with your maximum offer. Maintaining the website doesnt take that long... In fact very little time at all. The only maintenance it really needs is updating content when you want to add some more...

There are a lot of missing images in the forum, would you be able to replace them, would you be able to assist moving the site to a new host?

The missing images are due to my host dissapearing on me - I didnt have a backup of that style so Ive had to put it all together again. And yes those images will be provided - In fact I will put them in for you.

Yes I am able to assist with the move. I am also happy for it to remain on my host for a month or so if you are still sorting a host for yourself out.
