Selling one of my sites due to lack of time and to finance another aquisition. Site is well established - domain name registered in March of 2005. Google PR is very stable.

    Website Information: Credit Repair Website

The website makes money from selling some eBooks and from advertising. Traffic is currently low due to lack of time to promote the website. The site gets the occasional sale or click on the Adsense ads or affiliate sale through Azoogleads. However - at this point income is very low - due to traffic dropping off and lack of promotion. With a little more traffic this should easily change.

    Domain Name: http://www.realcreditrepair.info
    Free push at Enom

    Domain Created On:07-Mar-2005 17:19:32 UTC
    Expiration Date:07-Mar-2007 17:19:32 UTC

    Stats:

    Google PR: 4

Adsense Income for 2006: $34.78 (see screen shot)
Sales eBooks for 2006: $6.49 (via PayPal)
Affiliate income through Azoogleads: ~ approx. $20 - $30 (hard to tell due to lack of sales channels and how their statistics show sales)

If you look at the traffic and the income and put that into relationship, you can see the huge potential this website has. If you are moderately good in generating traffic, this site should be able to generate much better income. I just have too many other projects and issues going on to give that website the attention it deserves. Also, the domain name is very well established. As Google and other search engines put the age of a domain into consideration, this can give you a headstart on building a successful business around this site. The domain name itself contains good keywords.

    Starting bid: $150.00
    BIN: $500.00

    Payment via PayPal.

Bumping offer due to seeing it buried and pushed down under myriads of proxy and myspace offers. ;)

Sure, if you just go plain by numbers you are right. But then if you look at the traffic and how much income it generated - now picture that with 100 unique visitors a day.

I do not have topic related websites in my network and are currently concentrating on the parts of my network that offer me a better ROI. If the buyer has already a small network of sites and starts linking to this site (as an example), there could be some good income in the pipe.

Sorry, but your offer cannot be accepted at this point. I do not have to sell - the site pays for itself even with the small income it generates.

I can understand your point of view

Hopefully you can understand ours $100 - to $500 is not chump change when their is no revenue

"the site pays for itself even with the small income it generates."

This is also good if it is all organic and not all coming from sites you own or your signature
where the links are going to or could disapear

What caused the drop in traffic for september ?
And where is the trafic coming from ?

As you can see from my posts I am actively looking for credit sites

    Good Luck

I Like your Atittude so I Bid $50 if you will accept it

The drop in September seemed to be caused by a server move I had to do. I swapped hardware to be on a newer and faster server (I run my own dedicated server). I had this traffic pattern on a couple of my sites that got moved on the same day. Not sure why though.

If I deduct the traffic I am getting from this thread I see about 40 visitors this month already, which today at the 15th means if things continue as they are that traffic is slowly coming back to normal levels.

As I am not doing any active advertising, there was nothing to stop. As stated before, the site is pretty much under my radar and I have not touched it in a long time.

I understand your concerns in regards to price. I am not selling on price. One thing I am selling on is the age of the site/domain and how important it seems to become to have a mature domain/website with some age under the belt to avoid SE problems.

I group my websites into small networks and had a second credit (card) related website I sold quite some time ago. Those were the only 2 credit related sites I had/have and it just does not make sense to keep this one as a standalone site for me. I am not making some promises that you will get rich off this site and that traffic will increase 20fold soon. ;)

Thanks, but like I said I do not have to sell at this point if I do not get what I feel satisfied with.
