[FOR SALE] couple PR5s and a UNIQUE DESIGN

I have a site that I was going to develop, but I really haven't had time so far.

It has two PR5s:

It's registered til 2016 and has a whois guard until then as well.

Domain is at godaddy. it was created in Feb of 2006.

Additionally, the directory has a paid license so there doesn't need to be a linkback.

I really don't post that much on it and it has a strong directory.

BIN: $1195

It's VERY under-developed right now and the brand name has a HUGE potential. I custom designed the wordpress theme so far which you would get as part of the sale.

I may not even sell this, but I'm looking for offers.

Not much traffic or rev to speak of, only a few sales in the directory.

EDIT: as an update, I originally created this site as a webmaster portal with tools and tips etc with a journal and eventually online seo tools. that's what it's geared towards.

Bear in mind this has a UNIQUE design that I had custom designed, a legal purchased full phpLD license, two PR5s, and a wordpress implemented design; AND it's registered for the next 10 years with a whois guard on it.

 

I've had a couple pms interested in the sale, but I'm still looking for a buyer.

 

Are you open to offers below BIN? Any starting price or reserve?

 

I'm open to offers, but nothing below $700 (because of the domain costs I've put into it and the design costs)

But I'm really just looking to sell this as BIN. I've been effort into directory submissions for both the directory and the journal.

The sale comes with everything you see on the site.
