    good evening folks.

    I'm looking to sell:

    www.unofficialtracibingham.co.uk

    I am currently working on numerous other projects, which have eaten into my time, so I have decided to let this site go if the price is right.

    PR:
    The homepage has a pr2 ranking, with some inner pages (including the links page) have a pr3, others have pr2.

    Content:
    auto updating content via RSS feeds, other content freely available.

    Traffic/Income:
    I haven't got any stat software installed on the server, this is taken from google adsense:

    june: PI: 1,736 , income: $8.58
    july: PI: 1,819, income: $12,26
    aug: PI: 1,362, income: $8,86

    Ranking:
    The website is ranked #4 in msn.co.uk for "traci bingham", but is not in the top 100 in google. With a bit of effort this shouldn't be difficult to rectify.

    Auction:
    The auction price will begin at £50 and has a BIN of £120. (£ sterling, not $)I reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time if I decide against selling for any reason.
