    Febuary earnings: $17.36

    Comments: Traffic and revenue are very good considering the Mitsubishi LLL Club is still new. The site is already producing a profit on top of my reseller hosting account costs that I use for all of my websites. With time and more effort the community will no doubt grow much more popular and continue to generate more clicks each day from AdSense. The site could also make money from private advertisers should the new owner decide to offer advertising services.

    One of the reasons why the LLL Club was a success was because Its competition, UK LLL Owners Club, charges a fee for membership. There is also a large number of poeple who are unhappy with the UK LLL Owners Club for all kinds of reasons. My site is a great alternative and IMO, going to be very popular In time.

    The mods would love to stick around. Everyone on team is very enthusiastic about their cars and are very grateful to help out for free. You can see one of our administrator's car In the banner image.

    The staff and members show alot of respect to me for creating the site and its going to be hard letting It go. Unfortunatly I had to sell my previous car..

    This isn't a proxy browser or content website. :)

    I'm selling this forum based on It's potential to do well. For someone that can afford to buy this website without any immediate need to make money back from It, It's not a bad buy. It's already showing AdSense revenue potential and It's not even that busy yet. If you've ever tried to start a forum before you would know what kind of hard work Is involved. It's easy to say not everyone can build even what I have.

    If you're looking for something nice to add to your portfolio this website is for you. It's got a premium domain name, It's established and Its growing very fast without any real promotion. I'm not selling this site to anyone whos only interested in making money and not willing to pull their finger out for It to do well. Might I also add the hard work Is already over..

    To me this site isn't worth any less than $1,000.

    If It doesn't sell than that Is my problem.

    I bet someone would like to own It. ;)
