The site is also well SEO'ed, on top of that, it has been submitted to thousands of directories by SubmitShop.com (guy's a member here, GetJimmy) and a PRweb release was done prior to the launch of the website.

The links from and to AmpedAsia.com stays forever. AmpedAsia is a very well-known website, (looks at its Alexa Ranking).

Most of them are active but I'm sorry there's no way I can know exact numbers.

Uploaders are members of the site who love the site and wanted to contribute. The Top 10 Submitters on the main page helps also. Some of them are bloggers so the links from the blogs should help.

so the site is not a custom made site? it's from clip share youtube clone right?
it was based on the early version of clip-share but it has been customized so heavily that it's different, we use different video processing system, different video player and different uploader just to name a few, we have the better processing system than clip-share.com(custom made).

what is the other 30% not complet?
you'd have to contact sophmedia,(our programmer) for this information. i haven't been able to get this info myself and am waiting for them, he said that he'd email me the info last night but i haven't received them till now.

Why you want to sell the site if the site is good?
i've been scammed by my programmer and out $900, plus senior year in college(am going to be busy with senior projects).

Has the site been hacked or attempted hacked before? yes it has, but our programmer has fixed the site's security hole, the admin's folder is now double protected.
