    Agreena.com

I bought this website alittle under two years ago, it has been professionally designed and programmed using PHP and MySQL Database. I have had enhancements made to the admin section in that time, the admin features are listed below.

Everything on this website is automated, from member sign up to agreement creation. The admin is not required to do anything in the agreement process.

    Member Features:

    - Members sign up free from the website via an automated online form. The member is automatically issued a username and password to access their member area.
    - Automated 'forgot password' service which sends the members password to their email.
    - Easy to use agreement generation from the member area (fully automated)
    - Sample agreements in the member area
    - Email is automatically sent to the other party of the agreement containing a unique verification code. The other party enters this code into the agreement and it becomes a digital signature. This agreement can not be modified after it has been created and digitally signed.
    - Payments are made by Paypal, the member is then redirected to finish the agreement.
    - Online form to submit help requests.

There are many features to the member area. I have created a demo member account so you can see for yourself.
    Login: Click Here
    username: demo
    password: demo

    Admin Features:
(new) represents that I had this developed after I bought the site

    - View all active Agreements
    - Create a coupon code, which allows to members to create agreements for free
    - See number of members and member details (new)
    - See the total number of active and deleted agreements (new)
    - Email all members from the admin area (new)

How much Money does the site Make?

I have never adertised this website, I have spent ALOT of money when I first bought it and then with the upgrades to the admin area
and I had the images optimized for faster page loading times. I always planned on adding an escrow service, but dont have the resources to do so. Anyone who can support escrow will have a great service with this website. Right now this site has about 100 members. Most of them tried the service free with the coupon code. Site has great potential.

This is what the winner of this auction recieves!

-The complete ownership to the domain name Agreena.com (Easy to remember and valuable domain worth thousands)
-A 2 Year Established Google PR3 Website (Google PR3 is worth alot itself)
-All member details (currently 100+ members)
-Fully Automated Website intergrated to receive payments with Paypal
-Ownership of all scripts, programming, design, graphics associated with Agreena.com

Lets start the bidding at $250...
    ...BIN will be discussed later

Thanks for taking your time :)

I havnt really advertised the site. I bought it and let it sit. When I bought it I had plans to develop an escrow service. However, I dont have the resources to upkeep an escrow service. There are many possibilities with this website.

I bought the website, and had developers update the admin section. All files should be on the server.

Thank you for your interest Rob. Lets get this auction moving guys.

This is a unique website. I have not sold the script to anyone. Who ever can develop and upkeep an escrow service should invest in this site. Great potential.

That is the amount of members in the database. Most of those members got a free promo code to use for their first contract. I have not advertised this business.

    Thanks.

Hey guys. I set up a coupon code for free contracts. When you create a contract use the coupon code "novpro". This will allow you skip the paypal process and test the contracts. Thanks.

When you say "legally binding", have you confirmed this?

Great idea, I'm just wondering about the technicalities.

I think the contracts when signed or faxed with the signature is considered legally binding. I would place a note about faxxing the contracts or sending a signed one like one of the samples. Otherwise even email coresspondence would be "legally binding". But the good part (am not totally positive on this but have a good hunch is that is does allow legal contracts to be made and the agreement when completed with the approval is at least another step of proof of intent. That to me isn't "legally binding" .. only the step on sending the signed contracts. But what we have here is an audit trail and proof of intent which could be used for legal use in claiming a commitment was not honored. I like the idea and would like to expand on the site myself

I would say a service like this would help you when making a dispute with paypal or some other payment exchange service. All details of the job would be stored on agreena.com.

This way if the buyer trys to claim his money back after receiving service, the seller will have a contract for paypal to reffer back too. This service could be good for both parties. If you have the resources to develop the website alittle more a really good service could come of it.

    Thanks.
