    I'm looking to sell my Real Estate Directory

    Total # of links
    msn: 42
    yahoo: 179

    Number of pages indexed:
    msn: 105
    yahoo: 9
    google: 187

    The site is averaging 20 visits per day and now has a total visits of 580 for a 24 day old site. I also add the rss feeds to add some bluffs to help the bot picked up some keywords. Dont worry coz the feeds have a "nofollow" so you dont have a problem on draining the pagerank.

    Traffic now are from msn and forums. Ads are placed based on adsense web page's hot spot. Pls pm for more stats.

    Will setup the starting bid and bin later after receiving some offers. I will also include www.411residence.com on the the sale.

    I decided to sell coz I will be using the space for another project. The sale is also listed @ namepros.

    thanks for all the offers. :) the site has great potential to get a higher search engine rankings when it gets older, so I am seeing the revenue in the future..

    Total ads earning as of now is: $4.06

    after receiving some offers together with 411residence.com

    BIN: $550

    No end date in mind yet but will always consider all offers.

    I also have the option not to continue with the sale or the sale may change at any time without notice.

    site is now pr 5 on some datacenters. I am using Pageranktool

    A 1 month old site and a big leap from pr 0 to pr 5. :)

    Still open for sale. I couldn't edit the bin so will set the bin after receiving some offers, the 411residence is not included on the sale.
