2skin.com sells vbulletin skins and offers custom skinning services. We have not really done any advertising. Most visitors come from the search engines. There are 5 vbulletin skins in the catalogue for sale and 1 free skin. All of the skins work with vbulletin 3.5.4. The skins are currently priced at $25 USD. This sale does not come with the vbulletin license, but comes with everything else you see.

Yes, the skins which sell and any custom orders you get. I am sure that can be made to do well with the proper marketing and advertising, we haven't done any.

you made the skin?

 

Is the template unique on the site? And are those templates yours?

 

I designed 2skin and all the forum skins, it's all my work. Which means you receive full ownership to everything. I am getting revenue info from my partner and will post it shortly.

 

To answer several questions regarding revenue, without going into exact details, we've cleared approx $1400 in revenue since opening 2skin a little over a year ago.

 

$500 offer received, if anyone else would like to make an offer, please do so or this will be sold.

It's not sold yet, we're accepting offers til July 9th unless something better comes before then. A lot of time and work went into the skins, won't just throw it away for nothing.

 

fyi, on the last google update their was a lag between the main page and many subpages being updated.. so the pr5 link page sometimes (often) indicates that your main page probably actually has a pr of at least 6.

How do you have over 1800 back links if you didn't do any marketing?

 

Hello advantage,

Customers who've purchased our skins must leave the link back to us in the footer unless the pay the additional fee to remove it, so all those pages within their forum are linking back. I would assume that's where the backlinks come from and I may have had it submitted to directories but I can't recall right now. It looks like many of the backlinks are from our own forum.

Thanks DD. I would have loved to make more for it, and keep it, but I just don't have the time. I sell regular site templates on my design site and plan to add a few to sell for forum softwares such as phpBB, IPB, and vbulletin, and some blog skins as well. I need to focus on one business and I'm sure it will do much better with all my focus on it.

I am sure the new owner will treat 2skin very well if they're willing to spend the money on it.
