For no reason....ads stopped yesterday.

Mid-day yesterday my ads just stopped displaying and there have been no impressions for today.

About 80% of my keywords are active and the account isnt paused.

This happened once before about a month back and I deleted all my keywords and saved and then reapplied the same keywords and my ads started again.

I have done this twice now and nothing still to this point. I havent been banned or anything by Adwords or I would of got an email of some sort. I really dont see how anyone could get banned anyways.

Has this happened to anyone before and if so what did you do to fix the problem ?
I put a ticket in with support this morning but am still waiting on a response.

I have lost about $500 today without my ads running.

This may be because google has taken a look at your running campaigns and decided that you're keywords are either not targeted enough or arent getting enough clicks.

Google has been known to stop showing ads that arent getting a good CTR to make room for others that will generate google more money

It would be interesting to see what google adwords team has to say on this. Hope you will get reply from them soon. They have online live chat support, may be you can ask them, they are very friendly.

Where is this live online chat support link.....??????????? I have never seen it.

Also in the past 7 days I have paid for 41,429 clicks so I dont think its an issue of not getting enough clicks. I have paid google a mint but I have also profited from those click throughs.

You 'may' get hands on live chat support link. Start from contact us link in your adwords account, then you will be asked some questions and based on those answers (and if you are trying this in office hours) you will live chat link. Otherwise just contact us form.

I will try to figure out exact route, but its been a bit time I have done it

    Hi,

I know my experience is different but it definitely shows they need to fix something.

Twice in a ten day period my ads have been disabled for
    .

However after checking my destination url it was working just fine. I emailed them and 2 whole days went by with my ads down and finally I got an apology. Then the second time it happen my ads were down for three days.

I emailed them the first reply/apology after I got the notice/email and finally my ads went back up but with no reply or apology.

I wonder how long it will be before I get third email

Just wait for the support answer.

Is this your first account? or you already created another adwords before?

This suddenly account freeze normally occurs when a double serving violation is detected by the system.

I've never seen it either, although the rumors of it's existence persist. It's not for lack of trying, either. My present view places it in the same category as Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster. ;)
