For new website and its design is Blog ok ?

    Hello,
    I was planning on working on www.directoryblend.com as you can see its just one page right now. Was thinking of going with wordpress and using it for the main site and design is it a good idea to put a blog script for the main pages, instead of just simple html or php pages?

    yes , the first impression is always the best , put up a nice design and some good content , WP would be perfect!

    WP would be a good CMS for your site, and there are tons of nice theme designs out there for you.

    Oh thanks do not worry learning to code for wordpress theme and i got some at hand to work with, so hopefully it will be unique too :D

    Only thing i am worried about is its security , as wordpress has security issues i have heard
