    yes, its free, just go through the sign up process, just 5 mins to get set up, however, in order to remove the transfer limit on your account, you need to verify the account using a credit card. Otherwise, even if you have a million in your paypal account, you won't be able to withdraw it to your bank.

    There is no cost in opening new paypal account though you need bank account or credit card if you want to verify your paypal account.

    Yes, it is free of cost. No need of credit card you can link your bank account and get verified.

    It's free of charge..But PayPal charges accounts fees to receive payments.

    Even you can open 2 paypal account with same name and address free of cost. 1 . Personal account 2. Business or premier account.
