For me PR update - changes in serps, and for you?

A lot of people are waiting for PR update, what is the reason for that?
Personally for me, PR update means changes in the serps too, as google pushes new data. They are pushing pretty fresh Pagerank numbers and also updates the serps. I said pretty fresh because its a snapshot of internal pagerank taken couple weeks before google pushes pr update.
What google PR update means to you?

edit: I'm not saying that high PR means high rankings. I'm talking about update.

I do like to see a more greener PR bar for my sites. For for me, PR makes me happy if it increase

Having good PR means secured for me, that google loves my site.

 

What PR update means to me in one word: Disappointment.

What it means to me in more than one word: "OH MY GOD I'VE BEEN BUILDING LINKS DAY AND NIGHT AND THEY THINK THAT THEY CAN GIVE ME THIS! OMG I HATE GOOGLE". Post-PR rage usually subsides after a couple days, but comes back every time they do an update

 

Hmm lets see what will happen this time till yet i am satisfied with the rankings they given to my blogs . But this time i am little bit scared .

 

Yeah all the blog masters are scared about the PR - I am one of the victim ..

 

For me i don't care for the PR number shown on the tool bar , i care for the SERP because it gives me my Daily PR real number

PR is only related with Selling of links

and Increase in SERPs is usually accompanied by increase in PR!
