for link building, should i submit articles to articlebase if it`s no follow?

or just do to do follow article directories?

i`m interested in links and less in traffic from article directories

 

There are many which don't attach rel="nofollow" to their article/bio links. Go after those. I'm sure you have found the "top ten dofollow article directory" lists on Yahoo and Bing. So you have plenty to choose from. The only reason I would submit to one using nofollow is for traffic.

 

If you want to increase your rank in search engines, it's better to choose dofollow directories, my favorite is Squidoo.

 

I like EzineArticles. They are dofollow and their articles rank pretty high so you could get some nice traffic from it too.
