    Court is always a big no no. I am not too sure but if you try to settle it legally you "might" not get anything and end up losing as well. Remember that you are against the biggest company in India and you dont want more problems for yourself...do you? Top most people can be easily bribed here and this company can spend "anything" to keep its name clean.

    lol the intresting thing was india's one of the biggest companie's laway was crying to settle this off shore just to save their repo...

    who dam cares; if they can't serve us.. let the issue be resolved.

    at least they won't disturb my services utill the case is going on.

    i am mine own lawyer... buddy you don't neccesarry need a lawyer in consumer court... and to add to that the verdict is fast.

    i cunsulted my uncle in high court Delhi and our companies financial advisor...

    they said... enjoy and try to learn the tacts of life. that is more worth then 70K.

    and as far as compensation is concerned i can easily get 40-50K as offered by RIL but still... i wana play with them a bit more longer..

    why don't you use "two to talk" voucher with hutch. I do it all the time and my call rates drop almost to half and i also have 1500 sms free. I use a prepaid plan.

    :D Lol i took a cable connection and it gave me initially 8kbps, and infact that is the plan, but now i am getting upto 30 kbps download speed. may be they have surpulus of bandwidth to distribute for free :D

    I am not using Reliance but my friend out here in Mumbai has been using and has many bad experiences to narrate.Also Customer service is too bad, he says.
