For how much should I sell ?

I have a site making $500 a month for 2 months now I want to sell it in 2 months so that's 4 months of earnings. I know it would be smarter to keep it but I have no choice I will be needing a lot of money as fast as possible... With 4 months of proof is $6000 (12 months) a reasonable price ?

Are you sure you want to sell your site?I mean if it earns that amount of dollars every month then why you decide to sell it.I hope it's alright to ask.

if you want a 12x earnings, I suspect you'll need rather more than 4 months P.O.E

I think due to the fact it's not been making that amount for longer then 8x - 10x would be a resonable amount to expect. However if it clearly has more promise to generate more cash then maybe could ask for slightly more.

Pull 1-2 more months out of the site like I think someone else said, that way you can provide solid proof of 3-4 months that you are making 500$+ a month and then sell it for 8x-12x earnings.

If your site made "a little less" in the previous months you could sell it right now. If the site made very little on previous months, it's wise to wait a few months so you can give more proof. Unless of course you know that the sales will decline, in that case you should try to sell it as soon as possible, but that would be sort of a scam for the buyer.

I agree, it hasn't been consistently bringing in $500 a month for atleast 6 months and it is probably worth between 3K-4K. My 2 cents.
