for how many keywords a page can can Rank well

Hi DP members,

lately I've been experimenting with SEO and I would like to share and know your opinion in that one page can not rank for more than 2 keywords.
do you agree

 

I have to disagree I have a page on my blog that ranks for 17 keywords but only 4 in the top 10, to better gauge how your rank for keywords you should use a tool like SEOdigger.com.

 

one of my websites is complete flash, which means one page in the website and it ranks very well for many keywords

 

You can target many keyword from one page.

 

Actually am talking about ranking in the first 20 search results coz any thing beyond that is not considered as good rank, However my site already ranks for a specific keyword. A month ago I decided to add another keyword to see how many kw I can rank for, but its not ranking for them at all its not in the search result for the though I added the kws in text, description, title and H1 and have PR3 links pointing to the site with this new kw in anchor ?!!

 

You can rank well for as many keywords as you want. the statement goes after my personal experience only.

why?
