I have a few questions regarding domains. First, I see many people selling domain saying that its a Pr 3 or PR 4 domain, and that it has never been dropped. What I would like to know is that how can a domain have a PR, PR means page rank and for that you need to have a website of atleast one page, that page would have a PR, right ? So, how is it then that this domain without a website is having a PR. Another quest, if I buy such readymade domain with say PR 4, and make a website on it, with standard content, would I be able to sustain that PR of 4. Also, if the domain name is of niche A and I make a website on the same niche, would it help sustaining its PR ? Has anyone of you bought such domains with readymade PRs, if yes, what variations did you noticed in PR after a few months ?
