Do we receive the source code when project is complete? - No, source code will never be released to the public nor anyone else.(You could purchase the source code, in which then you will get all files that was used to create the application. If purchase, you will be the only one with access to the source code, I would delete it from my system and you will control rights from their on.) How do you give quotes? - I count on the time that is needed to complete the project. Would I need to make a deposit? - Yes, 15%-20% of the total cost HAS be made before anything is started.
