Valid XHTML and CSS web designing, or if you like, I can code an existing .PSD/image design in Valid XHTML and CSS. If wanted, you can hire me to create your website aswell as a PHP/MySQL+SQL backend etc. and all the scripting you need. My most recent client was waynebridge.com which I coded a PSD design and created the entire CMS that runs it. PM me with details.
