[For Hire] Valid PSD to xHTML/CSS coding

    I am offering my coding services once again. I will convert your PSDs to xHTML/CSS for the minimum $25.
    All coding will be valid, w3c compliant, table-less and commented for easy use!
    All prices are estimated by the number of pages, the complexity of the layout and the estimate time I will be spending; I can guarantee you all prices will be fair.

    I DO NOT code PSD to Wordpress. This service is only for web templates and generally I do not know how to code for Wordpress, so DO NOT ask me for Wordpress coding.
    I require a 50% deposit upfront once the quote has been decided on and this is non-refundable.
    I accept Paypal only.
