Hi, I'm looking for work as a support manager / live support manager for some web hosting company. I have experience as a live support manager from my previously owned web hosting company ( 255 clients and now sold ) - and worked for 15 months as a customer support agent for an online MMORPG called Rappelz. I have experience in WHMCS / Kayako / PHPLive and I learn pretty quick for any new ones Not sure if it applies but I'm knowledgeable in linux + windows network security and server management When I am available: Monday: 4 PM - 9:30 PM EST Tuesday: 3 PM - 9 PM EST Wednesday: 3 PM - 9 PM EST Thursday: 5 PM - 9 PM EST Friday: 3 PM - most likely into Saturday morning Saturday: Pretty much all day Sunday: 8 AM - 9 PM That is the most basic layout of my schedule, otherwise I am on the computer browsing forums, making music, talking with friends, etc.. and I have no problem going about my daily business on the computer and assisting people in live chat support when needed.
