Hey SEO and SERP specialist guys. I have job for you. firstly, I have to say if you are one of those many fake liars that claim you can rise someone in google, and really just run off with the money than you will not be interested in this offer (I guess that eliminates 80% of all SEO dudes) I have a site is 19th of a certian keyword that I need to dominate in. It has slowly increased to this place over for 6 months and now its getting a little tough for me to move up anymore. It is majorly promoted and is has very good push with google. This isn't a new site or some turnkey, it's very close to making it. Over half of the sites that are in front have not been updated or taken care of in a longtime (heck, one said "last updated on 1996"). This means it shouldn't be as hard as a typical job. Also because of the type of niche it is not commonly a promoted type of site. Now to the fun part the PAYOUT: -I do not pay up front becuase SEO work is typically a rip off so you need results for the cash -Your goal would be to be in 5th in google.com(ca) and be able to hold it. - You will get be paid $100 each month for 12 months straight if it holds. That's $1200 in total. This is a mininum of what I will pay meaning that if I feel I've lowballed the price for what its helped me you could get a lot more. Private message me for the full details.
Why not spend $1200 on acquiring high quality links? The secret to high rankings is just "links", which costs money and/or time to acquire. The difference between you and the guys already in the top 10 is that they've probably invested more time or money to get the extra links that it takes to get there. I'll do you a favor for free. If you do this, you should get into the top 10 with 2.5 months since you're already very close. Over the next 2 months, hire a link builder to get you 200 relevant one way links between pr2-pr4 from relevant sites. Try to to find 4-5 pr5-pr7 sites to lease a link from month to month. Once you start adding more new links, you may not a slight dip in rankings (don't worry it's temporary). As your new links start to mature, you will notice a huge jump in the serps in 1-2 months after acquiring the links. This should cost around $900-$1200, but you'll reach your goal. That is exactly what I would spend on my own projects to get from 2nd page to top 5 for a competitive keyphrase such as credit repair. Of course the keyword you're trying to rank may not be very competitive. It takes money/time to get those rankings. Good luck!
Agreed with the poster above, if your website is built clean and you are satisfied with your on site optimization, go on and compare your site with the competitors, it is not a hard peace of work as you only have to check the 18 websites which are infront of you, check their inbound links and try to buy links from websites which link to them.
Buy high quality links? AHAHA, that's not going to work because I am the only webmaster on Digitalpoint who has a site with a niche like this. Besides what if I screw up, what if I do it wrong, what if I waste half of the $1200. This is why I'm hiring. Because I know that a SEO dude will know exactly what to do to get her to top out. There is no one on digitalpoint or who sells links who will have relevent links to this niche to buy. And pr2 to pr4? The site is a pr5 itself. The keyword I'm trying for is not as competitive as say "online games" for an arcade but its competetive enough to try for 2 years to be up there. Of course my site has been around for a year or so. Its got a high pr, links, promoting, etc. I'm fresh out of time for it and would like someone to do it for me. If they are successful(shouldn't be hard, they are an SEO DUDE) than they get paid $1200+. Its not exactly a risk for me. Its a risk for someone who doesn't know seo and can't do the job becuase they won't get a penny.
There's no black vail with SEO. It's just links. If you get one way links, you really can't fail. There's no magic bullet or mystic secret. Just links. I think you're more than capable of getting the rankings yourself, but you would rather not spend the money to do it. That's is the classic case of why people give up early or come short when it comes to rankings. The guys in the top 10 are willing to spend the money and invest in the time while everyone else is just worrying about the glory of being at the top and how much money they'll be able to make once they are there but fail to focus on doing what it takes to get there. If you put an anchortext on a link, you're 75% there. If you participate only in one way link building, It's very hard to screw up since search engines will only penalize you for bad sites you link to. If you don't link to anyone, you don't have that problem.
I know I can do it myself, but sometimes you can't run a company yourself and have to hire someone to handle something that takes time to do. I could run around getting links. I've done it before but I am someone who is intermediate at everything with websites. Designing, photoshop, link building, adsense optimizing, programming, etc. Its probably worth it more to hire someone who probably dominates with with seo. This way they could handle it faster and without errors. An seo guy can point any errors in the site, and will know exactly what you can change to give you more of a chance, as well as be able to access places to get links that I cannot (ex: wikipedia). I have a network. I don't have time to do this task to the full potential but I don't want to sell the site. I like it. I'm proud of the site.
Ok, OP understood you situation, but in this case 100 $ per month are too low to hire a SEO with some skills, offering only 100$ per month would only attract some guys who call themselves SEO`s but have no or low skills. Better offer 1.2 K to a good guy with good skills with the condition, 50% before starting the project, and 50% when finishing it. Hope I could help a little bit.
absolutely agree with you. for $100 only those will come to you who call them self seo expert and in another forums, asking what are meta tags. a good & experienced seo will take this project for much more then this.
I read through the thread and I agree with everyone. $100 a month is way too little for the requirement. For example I can do as much for myself and I'll already get a lot more in Adsense alone, not to mention affiliate programs, link sales etc. Anyway hope you'll find someone that can do it for you. Unfortunately I've to add this as a word of caution, if you get a noob that screws it up for you, you might end up in the 900's instead of top 5.
>> AHAHA, that's not going to work because I am the only webmaster on Digitalpoint who has a site with a niche like this. Think Twice
$1200 is more than enough for this job. What's with everyone? $1200 is probably the largest price offer made around here for something like this. I know it sounds low, $100 but you have to hold the rank!! Well, once its there it's a lot easier to hold it. Also considering that the dude who is trying to hold the rank is.....well.....an seo guy makes it easier I'd assume. No this will attract people who want to run off with the money. As soon as people see that number 50% then they will want to pretend and do a seo show for me, then take the cash and run. Saying I'm not paying yet just attracts people to wish I would pay first so they could run. I know what you mean but this could happen regardless no matter what I'm willing to pay. This is why I don't pay first. $1200 isn't exactly a slap in the face. It pretty high for the deal. Not only that, but I said "+" meaning a good job will do good for them. Then why are you here in this topic. lol. Alright I'm going to explain something else to you all. Some people have different skills. For example, I am extremely good at photoshop, gfx, video editing, etc. Let's say that I couldn't do coding at all. I looked at dreamweaver but all of these things don't make sense to me. And hosting and domain names. How the heck will I be able to start a site if I can't even get it together. Now this other dude has got a site, got a nice domain, hosting, and is online but his banners, buttons, etc look like MS paint. He's screwed becuase no matter how good he is at seo and link building the site will look like total crap and isn't really worth looking at even to the 1000's of people a day he gets. Now since I can do graphics, he should hire me if I'm not busy. What the heck else am I going to do? I can't get a site to be worth much because I don't know the half of anything. So the point is....that some people do what they are good at instead of trying to do everything. An SEO could try to learn photoshop like me but does he want to spend a couple of years learning knowing that he may just not be good at it. Of course not. He should look for ways to get hired to do seo stuff becuase it will pay far more. Then he finds me in which does a good job for me. Instead of me paying him $100 I found out that it was worth way more and since I like his work and will use him again I pay him $300 per month. He gets a total of $3600 for this job. Not only that but since he's proven himself good I make an offer for him to work on 3 other projects at the same time. He's happy becuase he doesn't need to try to do all of that stupid stuff he's not good at like graphics. Now he's made $10800 in the end. Finally I said, "Well, there's no point into me hiring you since your so good at something I struggle at and I'm so good at something you struggle at" I offer him a partnership 50/50 on a major project. He does seo to it. I manage it other ways, etc. -I buy the Ford G/T I always wanted my whole life -He buys a Military tank (He always wanted) -I buy a house that has several palm tree's in my yard (I'm from Canada, it's something I always wanted) -He buys a house in the country which has a huge forest in which he does off roading with old vehicles and flips them n' stuff like that. So, in other words $1200 is more than a fair price becuase it opens up a chance to have a perfect setup for partnership as well as opens up many other jobs. I'm looking for that type of person. Sorry if this has gone a little far. Ok, there is no else to exchange links with that I see around here. happy?
exchanging links are a waste now, google does not value them as much as a 1 way link.. The best links are the ones you get for free. Grave, there are many things you can do yourself to the site to get a small boost. Always start with on-site, get as far as you can with that then focus off-site solutions. And to those who are saying its all about links is wrong. You cant throw $xxx in links and expect great results, I tried that way and it failed. trial and error is the only way to learn the best methods.
Makes sense to me Brinked, thanks. This position has been filled but thanks for all of the advice even though it didn't seem like I was listening in the beginning. (I'll post a pic of my palm tree in a couple of years, ok)
