Terms; ~Becuase of this limited time and previous problems with recieving payments,50%payment must be made before I commence work.Non refundable. I don't want to get mucked around,and I don't want you to muck around either.I do not want to waste time designing for $0. ~Via email,pm or msn I will discuss your needs with you,where I will confirm if I am confident enough to take on the job. If you are happy to proceed I will forward my paypal to you. Upon confirmation of payment I will notify you and begin work. ~Upto 3-4 reviews(1 review every 24hours)-I will provide a preview of work in progress once every 24hours upto a max of 4 times (again depending on complexity this can be extended apon negotiation). ~If your happy with the design before the 3rd or 4th preview let me know,and pay the remainder owing. As soon as payment is confirmed I will forward the psd files(or.png's/jpegs) to a nominated email address. ~If at the 4th preview,only a small change is needed I will make the change and preview for the last time only. If you no longer wish to use the template after the final review,I have the right to edit the template and resell it. These terms may change in the New year. If there is anything I've forgotten I'll add it in this thread at the time. I have a coder that can turn skins into templates!
