My rate right now is $.02/word, and is NOT flexible, so don't ask. There is no "bulk pricing" crap, either. It's just a straight up, flat rate. After a while, if I form a good relationship with you, and you keep bringing me work, I'll tend to be a little more leniant in terms of pricing, however. If you think my rate is too high, then you obviously do not want good content for your website.
