As a forum poster I will make 5-10 post a day and be an active user for a low price of $60/Month (in advance), if you need someone to run your community and keep it active, I'm the right guy. I've developed a few successful forums. Price - $100/Month. vBulletin, IPB, and phpBB are the forum softwares I have most knowledge in. I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to work with any other.
