[For Hire] Customer Support / Technician

    Hello,

    I'm currently looking for a job as I've got a lot of time since from the next year I'm gonna start going to private college in which I'll be in school on just Fridays/Saturdays every week or bi-weekly.
    As for my age I am experienced in the hosting industry already ( I'm interested in hosting since I have my internet which is the year 2003 )

    Anyway, these are things that I DID and I know them very well:

    - Customer Support which includes Live Help, Email responding & forwarding.
    - Server Administrator ( I know how to use SSH in order to update, install and configurate server software such as Apache or PHP )
    - Sales which includes Advertising Hosting Packages and answering people's questions on forums and hosting-related websites ( I do it when there are not tickets/live chats to answer )
    - Installing Scripts ( I'm a vBulletin forum software Guru but I've also installed hundreds of miscellaneous scipts for Forums,Chats,Blogs,Carts,Billing Scripts and more )
    - I am very familiar with cPanel and DirectAdmin ( both admin and user level )
    - I also know very well Kayako, Crafty Syntax, WHMCS, ClientExec.
