Buying $$$ for Health / Finance Websites (bonus points for Australia oriented)

I'm looking to acquire health or finance oriented websites (especially those with a .com.au extension, those hosted in Australia, or Australia themed -- although I will also consider ones from the US, etc.).

Requirements (please read before PMing): Stable sites with authority (at least 8 months old please), 100 inbound links minimum, and established credibility with the search engines (listed in Google, showing up for some terms, has pagerank, etc).

I'm not at all interested in revenue or how much the site is making, so no need to include those details. Please PM me with what sites you have, a quick rundown of the stats (optional, if you have time), and what you're looking to get for it. I'm finding these on behalf of a client, so please understand I'll have to get approval from them before purchasing, although we're happy to pick them up quickly.
