    I think you can't do such things, as to bring attention to your ads.

    I'm pretty certain that is again the ToS.
    But it's probably a gray zoon. As for your best, I'd suggest you to ask Adsense. Send them that image and ask if they would be fine with it.

    Well I think it is not allowed and its against the TOS of adsense. by doing this u are attracting the visitors to the ads... google doesn't allow u to do this.

    This issued already been discussed before and this totally against the TOS of adsense. Avoid it or banned your account :)
