i read about eye exercise somewhere, it is 20-20 eye exercise, when you are working continuously in front of computer, your eyes are first one to get affected. So every 20 min once divert your vision towards some long distance object and by seeing that long distant object, open and close your eye lids for 20 times, this exercise won't take much time, not more than maximum of 40 sec or 1 min. But really this helps in relaxing and protecting your eyes from future problems.
